Situated within the biggest up and coming outlet village in Lancashire.
Creation of a modern day restaurant for 200+ covers, to cater for increasing numbers of outlet clientele plus additional business lunch trade and local community functions.
Prior to conversion the space had been used as warehousing incorporating a defunct canteen from the buildings heyday as a textile mill in the first half of the 20 century.
We worked closely with the owners directly who were keen to manage the project.
The space works very well with the rich coloured furniture beneifits from the bespoke full length glazed lights which open onto the courtyard terrace for alfresco dining.
